One of the all-time greats in the horror field. This scared me as a young girl. This "Night of the Living Dead" is not to be missed. Dymarcik and Romero did a fantastic job of making the printed version look great too.

I was hoping for an awesome graphic novel version of this classic film. That's not what this book is. It's just screen captures from the movie that have had generic photoshop filters applied to them. Disappointing.

Hard to read, really dark and it's a nightmare to have to zoom in and out on Kindle....

My first comic of October! :) If you've seen Night of the Living Dead in movie form then you you know the story. Reading the book was fun - but if you never watched it or don't like old movies this was a good version. Comparing the movie can be hard to do with the cheesiness of the 1960 film version but it is the story that kicked off zombies, right? I don't understand why zombies in this book can open doors and stab people - but again that stays true to the film too. I'd say "Night of the Living Dead: A Graphic Novel" is a very good "cliff's notes" version for people whom will never watch the movie. I liked the artwork (not hand drawn) but it works well and it has a good flow.

This really stayed true to the movie. Wait a second... it is the movie. Took still shots of the film and added a weird effect and added lots of bad action words with speech bubbles. Very disappointing with the "art" and text. But after all is said and done, it was alright. How can you hate George Romero. " They are going to get you Barbara"

I was so excited for a graphic novel form of the first zombie movie I have ever seen. This followed the exact storyline, but the art is beyond disappointing. All he did was screenshot the movie and put a filter over the images.

The story is good; Romero's film and plot is a classic. But this comic looks like it was made out of traced screenshots done on that Inkscape program. The film has integrity and if I were you I'd just stick with the film.

Avoid this like a zombie horde. It is just screenshots from the film with a posterize filter applied and text captions added. Just watch the movie.
