I am so sorry to give this book such a low review, because the author seems like such a sweet person and no doubt has a vast and useful knowledge of his trade and profession. For this reason I really must blame the publisher. This book has no structure, no narrative. For this reason I really must blame the publisher. This book has no structure, no narrative. It is a collection of resources - basically pages copied and pasted from the internet, along with letters to the author granting permission for the information to be used in the book. The author even wrote a sweet note to the publisher asking that any proceeds from the book be kept to publish more books, to give the books to people and businesses and schools that did not have the resources to buy their own - and the email was just slapped into the book! This publisher, Authorhouse I think, seems to have no review or editing process. I am sure it was self-published and I must say that the publisher really did their client a disservice. It is a tragedy that this book turned out this way, because, as I said, it seems like the author really has experience, an interesting life, and could have added something to the world by sharing his story, if the experts he hired at the publishing house had bothered to lift a finger to help. Shame on Authorhouse.
