Kiyon roy, mister bestselling writer wrote about erotica and lived his story with one girl other than his long term girlfriend. His girlfriend took revenge with him by same kind of thinking of Kiyon. Wrote novel on the basis of the revenge game led by her.

Black Suits You is my first read by Navoneel Chakraborty. I didn't have high expectations from this book and it did take me by surprise. I didn't enjoy the first half of the book at all, mostly because of the terrible characters. The suspense kept me going, The last 100 pages were the best part for me. There were a lot of surprises that I didn't see coming. This book is definitely a better thriller than an erotica.

Though it didn't get my nerves as much as Stranger Trilogy, the book is quite appreciable. It surely will keep us gripped to the tale, and the climax has got its own touch!!

He is almost certain that he would write it but wasn't just sure if he could name the protagonist as mister bestselling author. Or may be he should settle for bestselling author, coz as much as the author wants to make it another trilogy, the girl can't keep calling him mister mister bestselling author. So unbelievably, unapologetically Meta. I wonder how people could write such things. I also wonder whether Novoneel has already written the book the protagonist in this book promised his publisher, or if he will write that one as his next one as promised to his real publisher. I lost track of reality/fiction for a moment here. ***Spoilers end*** Even as a work of erotica, this is too sappy, and isn't nearly half as dirty as I like my erotica to be.

The last book I read by the same author was the book #3 of Starnger trilogy and it disappointed me, whole series was perfect but somehow author managed to ruin it in the end. There are too many plot holes that I don't think are good for the story. The protagonist is best seller author of a erotic trilogy but he some how managed to not see what was happening too him? An underage girl conned him and he couldn't tell whether she was 18+ or not? Story starts at good point but then dipped in the middle and the picked up again for a little bit but after that I just managed to finish it somehow. Would recommend it for one time read but some of the quotes are excellent and that's why giving it 3 stars. Although Novoneel's writing style is different and it's something fresh and good for Indian readers but i hope he could do better, something like the first two books of Starnger Trilogy.

Black Suits You is a gripping, fast-paced and a clever psychosexual thriller that will keep you guessing until the end. About The Book- This was my first psychological erotic thriller. At first, the book feels like a romantic drama, but as the pages flip it becomes more of an erotic thriller. Our protagonist is 'Mister Best Selling Author' of a hit Erotic Trilogy and stays away from Social Media, but during his book events he encounters and chases a Mysterious Girl throughout his Book Tour. Later on, he Discovers that he has been trapped in a Serious lecherous Evil Plan. After around 230 pages the story takes a Sharp twist enough to blow your mind away. Verdict - Overall this book makes you stick to the last page and makes the reader guess the story, as the ending according to the reader will change with every page.

But no doubt, this book is a real page-turner. I started reading the book last Saturday night. My intention was to read just a few pages that night to experience the writing style. But surprisingly I found myself going through one-fourth of the book. By then, it was way past midnight. So I called it a night and went to sleep. The next two days I got busy with other stuffs. Finally today I have finished reading rest of the book. 'Black Suits You' is divided into three parts. I found part 1 promising, part 2 boring and part 3 filled with weak and predictable twist, poorly written explanations of the plot. Yes, I enjoyed reading this book to some extent, but overall didn't like it at all!

Novoneel has surely mastered the thriller genre but this book being into a psychosexual thriller, got a bit less brownies from me. It's a poorly written erotica and it's not a thriller at all. The target group of this book might be teenagers or at max, college-goers considering the amount of fantasy the novel has in it. The protagonist seems to be too dumb a guy to be a best-selling author. It seems that he has no ability to see things beyond what is in front of his eyes. The author has used the same formula that brought him success in one of his books "Ex". Putting old wine in new bottle, unfortunately, did not work here.

Kiyan Roy, has become famous with his first trilogy novels and with his teams encouragement starts for tour, to campaign on his book, press meets and to come out into limelight for the first time since the books success. On the tour, he falls for a girl, a trap and then starts the down fall of happiness, career and success. He loses his lover, whom he was loving from 5 year, and lived together too. He is forced to cancel his engagement, falls for the trap of Kashti and becomes puppet in her hands. After realizing that he was trapped for a reason, he starts to break it and get out of it. In the process he seeks help from his old lover, Anashya, who supports him even thou he broke her heart and the relation with her. While the trap unfolds the darker side of Kiyan comes out, why the plot was laid, who is behind all this and what was that person’s revenge is all, in the rest of the story. Drawbacks – Too much to not needed, avoidable content. Some basic gaps, like why should the engagement with Anashya be called off at the last minute. Well it looks logical when it happens but not when you complete the novel. Not really clear on why should one go thru all that when the game was in their hands. Secondly, Natasha does not know about Anashya at all, the author of 3 books for their company, she has been with him all the time she was pushing him for new story and all and does not know basic things about Kiyan. Sounds too odd to believe. And in the final press meet, if the victim was caught so badly on video, in a press meet could he just walk away with a reason to go to washroom. I mean it is a press meet not classroom that a student takes permission and walks out to washroom. Not really sitting in the plot No idea on the locked cupboards in Kashti’s house. Everything in the house is locked and Kiyan opens only one of them, why not try the others at all. For a person who writes such a successful thriller, Kiyan, how stupid to fall so badly for things like Kashti, the hidden camera’s and iPhone tracking. I mean how difficult is it to take control of your own phone and your own account, especially for some who did his engineering and does so much research for his books. Over all, I would say a decent plot, if written rather decently could have been much more successful. I could rate 4 stars for the plot but 2 for the author’s writing. So I give this book 3 stars. Frankly the book lost its rating because of author himself. I hope the author continues to write good books may be a better way than this.

There is not a single book that I have missed by Novoneel Chakraborty because of the suspense that is always involved in his books. Not always I have enjoyed the final climax but still I love whatever he writes because he doesn’t only narrate a suspense thriller but make the reader to keep thinking in parallel about what will happen with the protagonist in the end. I am just done reading “Black Suits You”, the latest released novel of Novoneel, however, his another book is up for pre-order already. His speed of writing and publishing book is something I am sure his publishers would be very happy and grateful about. Haha! Black Suits You is an amazing thriller where the protagonist is shown involving in an affair with a girl even after he is in relationship with Anaysha. He is been made to fall for this new girl named Kashti by her even though he finds the whole thing very scary. He breaks up with his girlfriend, Anaysha, on the day of their engagement just because he gets a “gift” from Kashti which makes him not say “NO” to her. And from here onwards, he is been dominated by Kashti and being followed everywhere. And then begins the real story of this book which will make the readers keep turning page to know what happens next. Author’s decision to tell Anaysha’s story from her own voice in the form of the diary notes is nice as it makes the narration more fluid and systematic. The reader gets to understand the parallel thought of Anaysha after knowing what is up with the life of Kiyan, the protagonist. The suspense is nicely built up in spite of the linkages that the characters have amongst each other in a correlated timeline. The pre-climax is wonderfully handled where the final thrilling part is out and we come to know about the people involved in the crime, avenge or revenge (read to know what specifically it is). The book could have become boring as it is written in lot of confinement as there is no traveling part of exploration of characters but only what goes on between the protagonist and Kashti. But author makes sure that the plot is enough engaging to never make you feel bored. And in the 2nd half the way story starts progressing makes the reader not leave the book until the climax is not finished. And the climax is very well executed which makes this book a best concluded one. Thankfully, this is not a trilogy or else waiting for the next one would have become much difficult. Author has absolutely written it better than his most famous “The Stranger Trilogy”. I give this book 4* out of 5. And I am just waiting to put my hands upon his upcoming novel “Forever is a Lie”. Thanks. ABHILASH RUHELA!!!

A good read. The end did surprise me. The book has a lot of erotic content. I guess the author has made up his mind to include such content in all his stories. It was a bit too much in this particular story. The underlying theme of Novoneel's books is someone crazy because of messed up love life. He is a good author and may be he should try his hand at something else now. Another book with similar theme and I am sure people would start complaining loudly. Right now I think it's just a few. I got this book as a gift and with such an impressing name i started this book with some expectations but around 100th page i was like what am i reading ? A typical Bollywood sort novel. Girl dancing in pub on some song and some typical dialogues. But strangely the story caught up interest after some chapters and with unexpected twists and everything it turned to be a good story with very well writing part. So i wont say its a must read but its a good read if you are into erotic thriller genre . First book I completed after purchasing kindle. Also no regrets. NOTE: Prologue has the one of the most sensual part of the book. I have not read so many books though I know this is a good thrilling sensual book. It not only keeps you connected the author but also have a good storyline. The end was at some point imaginable but author gave it the perfect finish.
