I am not sure how broad the audience is for a book like this, but it was illuminating. In terms of literary criticism and insights, it is much more useful than Francine Prose's Mrs. Dalloway Reader.

This book was thorough in detailing aspects of Virginia Woolf’s works, and how her stream of consciousness flows throughout. The dissection of her complex novels makes this an interesting read. If one wants to write precise novels, this is an excellent guide for breaking apart novels for the sake of putting together your own.

This book was fine I guess but I was just bored. Not really the book's fault, I just don't have patience for this sort of thing, I guess.
